BOOST Boot Camp Training
Preparing your staff with the necessary tools to be effective in supporting children, families, and communities is essential. The BOOST Boot Camp offers targeted training that includes valuable tips, tools, and resources to support staff to be successful in working virtually or in-person. Staff will leave equipped and inspired to thrive in their programs. Certificates and a toolkit of resources are available upon completion.

The BOOST Team has over 30 combined years of experience in the out-of-school time field working at the site level, program management, regional, statewide, and national arena to support grantees and community-based organizations. Clients include County Offices of Education, School Districts, Community-Based Organizations and non-profits agencies such as YMCA's, Boys & Girls Clubs, and similar programs serving youth. The BOOST Implementation Team joins the BOOST Leadership Team in January to support the execution of the BOOST Conference logistics and helps to put the final touches on the preparation process. Facilitate an Inspiration Station

Inspiration Stations are an informal way to bring a group of participants together for an in-depth conversation and to share perspectives about specific area(s) of interest or unique ideas. Hosting an Inspiration Station is a great opportunity to share best practices, new ideas, or get feedback. If interested, please submit an Inspiration Station application.

Complimentary Meeting Space Available (up to 15 people)
The BOOST Conference offers complimentary meeting space for up to 15 people throughout the conference in the Agua Caliente Boardroom at the Palm Springs Convention Center, and in the Snowcreek Boardroom at the Renaissance Hotel. Intern with us

Our Internship Program is a short-term learning experience to help you prepare for a chosen career field or enhance your learning in a specific area. With international learning goals, supervision, and evaluation, interns apply their learning and "real world" experiences, enhancing their education, and adding value to the employer. 

Internship Program Details:

  • Most internships last one semester (14 to 16 weeks) or one summer (10 to 14 weeks) with a minimum of 16 hours per week participation.
  • The internship program is an unpaid, volunteer position for school credit, resume building, or career development.
